Do you offer emergency service?
Yes. We are open Mon-Fri 8 AM - 4:30 PM and offer 24 HR emergency service on weekends.
What does service cost?
$145/hour including travel, with a 2-hour minimum on regular time and a 3-hour minimum on overtime (not including travel). Truck supplies are $30.
Are installation estimates free?
Yes, installation estimates are free.
Do you do warranty work?
Yes. We service True, Norlake, Traulsen, Beverage Air, Perlick, Masterbilt, Scotsman, Hoshizaki and others. Warranty fax: (401) 365-1699.
Can I buy True parts from you?
Yes. GKT is a chosen True Manufacturing OEM Parts retailer.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, financing is available through NewLane Finance.
Do you work on residential systems?
Our focus is commercial refrigeration and HVAC for food service and hospitality.
